Main responsibilities are to:
Greet visitors to our office, determine what they need and direct them to the appropriate team member Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls Retrieve general voicemail/email messages daily and transfer to appropriate team member Open and close the office in a timely manner Maintain reception area so that it is presentable to the public, which includes:
post holiday signs on doors, feed fish, check payment drop box, and refill Cheney customer appreciation gifts Process premium payments and provide receipts Attach customer notices and forms to their accounts in our client management system Support our agents by handling customers' general inquiries, such as:
answer billing questions, provide auto identification cards, and call customers regarding notices of cancellation Mail out customer appreciation cards and manage employee birthday list/celebrations Prepare weekly schedule and record staff meeting minutes Order agency supplies Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by Management team Successful candidates will have:
Excellent communications skills - listening, verbal, writing A professional manner Ability to handle multiple telephone lines and customer visits Solid computer skills Ability to work independently and with a team Super dedication to helping customers and teammates
