Your Role:
The Maintenance Electrician Provides ongoing support to all teams of LincolnHealth; maintains buildings, equipment and grounds in good repair and/or appearance.
This position includes specific detail to electrical work.
The incumbent will also be tasked with maintenance duties as described within the essential functions.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred plus specific licensing and experience in Electrical trades.
Associates Degree or equivalent from college or technical school, or experience and/or training specific to building maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
License/Certifications:
Maine Master Electrician License.
Valid Driver's License required.
Experience:
See Education Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Ability to analyze, calculate, use and interpret physical math requirements of the electrical trade.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
