For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $5,000 sign on for New Grad Registered Nurses, $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible experienced Registered Nurses with 1-3 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 3 years of experience! Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Your Role:
The School Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supporting and assisting the Clinical Nurse Manager in providing support to the School Based Health Center within Lincoln Medical Partners and works closely with School medical advisors to meet clinical needs in the school setting.
The Nurse Supervisor will assist in supervision of the clinical team and coordinate workflows in order to provide the most efficient, safe, and comprehensive care.
Under the direction of the medical advisor, the Clinical Nurse Manager and the Superintendent, manage the coordination of school health services, enhances the educational opportunities for the clinical team, support their performance of routine clinical duties and health related tasks, responding to minor acute and emergency events, and providing preventative health services to students, including health education, screening and consultation and referrals.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Education:
Graduate of a nursing program from an accredited school of nursing, ADN required, BSN preferred License/Certifications:
Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure.
Must maintain current BLS certification
Experience:
Minimum of one year in the nursing field preferred Knowledge of nursing processes; health care systems, structure and functions; and community resources Knowledge of chart/medical record documentation requirements and federal/state laws related to release of health care information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with students, patients, physicians, supervisors and other staff Skill in time management, problem solving, multitasking, prioritizing and medical care coordination Ability to calculate and administer drug dosages and injections and measure results Ability to respond the changing workload based on patient census Ability to maintain professional manner even under stressful situations Proficient computer skills Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Calculations Census Clinical Nursing Clinical Works Consulting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
