Your role:
The Practice Coordinator ensures the efficiency and professionalism of the medical office.
The Office Coordinator will also have general responsibilities to assist in the day-to-day operations of the office.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:
High school education or GED equivalent preferred; Administrative Assistant experience desired; previous patient contact work in a medical practice is desired; possesses a knowledge of modern office procedures and equipment; computer proficiency to include the ability to use practice management software, Microsoft Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and general email systems; comfortable troubleshooting and utilizing telephone support; human resources knowledge and skills helpful.

Experience:
See Education Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers.
Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
