Your Role:
The Quality Data Analyst will analyze and report on key clinical performance measures by identifying and accessing relevant data sources, aggregating and manipulating data as needed, preparing graphs and tables from data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data and reported measures, and submitting information to CMS and other agencies as requested.
In addition, the Quality Data Analyst II will serve as a resource and coach for quality data analysis and reporting, help create and maintain clinical registries and associated datasets, and support the analysis and reporting needs of organization-wide quality improvement projects as well as planning and evaluation related to clinical quality, patient safety and patient experience.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent training with at least five years of relevant healthcare experience OR bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant healthcare experience required.
