Sr Administrative Assistant

Provides administrative support to members of the bank's Executive Management Team. In addition to routine administrative tasks, performs duties such as budget reviews, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and working on special projects. Deals with a diverse group of internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
1. Assist with general office support including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence and report preparation.
2. Manage the vendor review process.
3. Facilitate and schedule a variety of IT tests including disaster recovery, incident response, pandemic testing.
4. Manage the company cell phone program.
5. Create monthly reports including general ledger reviews, sales reports.
6. Create monthly HELOC renewal letters.
7. Assist with website and social media updates and other marketing initiatives.
8. Perform other duties as requested.
High school degree or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Microsoft proficient
Administrative experience is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
