Executive Director/Administrator - St. Andrews Village

Position Summary The Executive Director /Administrator oversees and is responsible for the leadership and management of St. Andrews Village, including the Gregory Wing Nursing Home, Zimmerli Pavilion - Skilled Nursing, Safe Havens and traditional Assisted Living, Independent apartments, and the Cottage Association.# The Executive Director/Administrator manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility. The Executive Director/Administrator monitors, evaluates and directs the improvement of the quality of services provided to all St. Andrews Village customers, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.# The Executive Director/Administrator assures that St. Andrews Village offer a gracious and comfortable living experience for each resident.# The Executive Director/Administrator ensures the lifestyle and services available at St. Andrews Village are promoted in a timely and positive manner.# Sets the standards for public relations, provides expectations and guidelines for the overall marketing philosophy and oversees advertising/sales and marketing strategies. The Executive Director/Administrator serves in a leadership role to the staff, as a resource to the residents, and as a liaison to LincolnHealth affiliates, contracted agencies and the community.# Collaborates with the Finance Team to develop, implement and oversee the annual budget process, and establishes the strategy to ensure all intergral part of the management of the Home Health and Senior Services continuum. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Master#s degree in related health care field preferred, however, Bachelor#s Degree from accredited four year college or university accepted.# Maine license as a Multi-Level Administrator required or ability to successfully complete Administrator-In-Training program and obtain licensure. Affiliation with Maine Health Care Association (MHCA) recommended. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.# Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.# Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups, employees, customers and/or boards of directors. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.# Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
